PLEASE NOTE: due to the current risks of Coronavirus, in-person Crunch Fitness and Passion Fit signature classes will be temporarily cancelled over the next few months and will be re-evaulated to determine when it’s safe to resume. Signature Classes at Areté Dance Center or via Livestream:
Passion Fit: Train
This class will energize you through high-intensity interval training, bootcamp, cardio and plyometric work! You’ll also become stronger and more confident by training your mind and body from head to toe by setting intentions, using weights, your own body weight and mat work. Finally, the class will end with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work to give you a full wellness experience. All levels welcome. Please bring water, light weights and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Sculpt
In this mind-body and low-intensity class, you’ll feel the amazing benefits of strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your entire body without jumping or impact, but rather through Pilates, yoga and barre-inspired work on the floor and on the mat. The class will end with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work to leave you feeling mentally and physically stronger, more flexible, centered and refreshed! All levels welcome. Please bring water and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Dance
Feel the rhythm and move your body in style in this modern, fun and exciting dance class! Set to the hottest music from around the world, you’ll be doing different styles of dance such as Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood and Jazz. The choreography is innovative, fresh and easy to follow. The class will end with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work and leave you feeling invigorated and ready to enjoy your day. All levels welcome. Please bring water and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Livestream
These livestream classes include Passion Fit: Train & Sculpt on Tuesdays, Passion Fit: Sculpt on Thursdays and Passion Fit: Train on Fridays. The Sculpt classes include Pilates, yoga and barre-inspired work and the Train classes include high intensity interval and strength training using weights. The Train & Sculpt classes include a combo of the disciplines mentioned above. All classes will conclude with a cool-down, stretch and mindfulness work to help you feel your best. Note: Passion Fit: Dance (Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood and Jazz) can be offered over livestream as well upon request. All levels welcome. Please have a Wi-Fi connection, water, light weights and an exercise mat on hand. A Zoom link will be emailed upon pre-class registration and a recording will be sent to registered participants for a limited time so you can get a total body workout from any device, at any time and from anywhere, including your home!

Expiration Dates and Cancellations:
Packages purchased won’t expire and can be renewed once completed as long as Passion Fit classes are in existence. Also, I understand emergencies can come up, so if you ever have to cancel your attendance in class at the last minute, don’t worry, you won’t be charged!
