Passion Fit: Train
This class will energize you through high-intensity interval training, cardio and plyometric work! You’ll also become strong and confident by training your body from head to toe using weights, your own body weight and mat work. All levels welcome. Please bring water, light weights and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Sculpt
In this mind-body and low-intensity class, you’ll feel the amazing benefits of strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your entire body without jumping or impact, but rather through Pilates, yoga and barre-inspired work on the floor and on the mat. All levels welcome. Please bring water and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Dance
Feel the rhythm and move your body in style in this modern, fun and exciting dance class! Set to the hottest music from around the world, you’ll be doing different styles of dance such as Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood and Jazz. All levels welcome. Please bring water.

Expiration Dates and Cancellations:
Packages purchased won’t expire and can be renewed once completed as long as Passion Fit classes are in existence. Also, I understand emergencies can come up, so if you ever have to cancel your attendance in class at the last minute, don’t worry, you won’t be charged!

Focus on your lower half in this belly-busting, booty shaping, two-part intensive class that features a series of exercise combinations that target, you guessed it – your belly, butt, and thighs.

Calorie burning cardio and Pilates-based toning combine to maximize your fat burning potential.
Fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, calorie blasting, total body dance based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe.
