Passion Fit: Train
This class will get your heart rate up with high intensity interval training, cardio and plyometric work. You’ll also be strengthening your entire body using weights, your own body weight and mat work. All levels welcome. Please bring water, light weights and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Sculpt
In this low intensity class, you’ll be strengthening, lengthening and sculpting your upper body, lower body and core through Pilates, yoga, dance and barre-inspired work on the floor and on the mat. All levels welcome. Please bring water and an exercise mat.
Passion Fit: Dance
Shake your hips in this exciting dance class choreographed by me. Set to the hottest music from around the world, you’ll be doing different styles of dance such as Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood and Jazz. All levels welcome. Please bring water and an exercise mat.

I understand emergencies can come up, so if you ever have to cancel your attendance in class at the last minute, don’t worry, you won’t be charged!
